Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Speech-Language Pathology Clinical Fellow (SLP CF) to join our team. The SLP CF will provide speech and language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in accordance with ASHA guidelines. This role offers structured mentorship, professional development, and hands-on clinical experience while completing the Clinical Fellowship, ensuring effective and high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct speech, language, and communication therapy sessions for pediatric clients.
  • Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Collect and analyze client data to track progress and support intervention adjustments.
  • Prepare clinical documentation, progress notes, and reports in a timely manner.
  • Participate in regular supervision and mentorship sessions with the assigned licensed SLP.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members including BCBAs, Occupational Therapists, educators, and caregivers.
  • Communicate effectively with families regarding therapy goals, progress, and home strategies.
  • Adhere to ASHA guidelines, state licensure requirements, and ethical standards.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure HIPAA compliance.
  • Participate in required trainings, team meetings, and professional development activities.

Education and Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Eligible for Clinical Fellowship (CF) status per ASHA guidelines.
  • Eligible for state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist Intern / CF.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
