Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our pediatric therapy team. In this role, the SLP will conduct speech and language evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based therapy to support children with communication, language, articulation, and feeding/swallowing needs. The Speech-Language Pathologist will collaborate closely with families and multidisciplinary team members to deliver high-quality, client-centered care and support meaningful developmental progress.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech, language, and communication therapy to pediatric clients in accordance with individualized treatment plans.
- Conduct speech, language, and swallowing evaluations using appropriate assessment tools.
- Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans based on clinical findings and client needs.
- Document therapy sessions, evaluations, and progress notes accurately and in a timely manner.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to support therapeutic outcomes.
- Collaborate with supervising Speech-Language Pathologists and multidisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care.
- Communicate with families and caregivers to provide education and support carryover of therapy strategies.
- Participate in supervision, mentorship, and professional development as part of the Clinical Fellowship program.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Preferred Experience
- Experience working with pediatric populations, school-based settings, or early intervention.
- Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
