Job Summary/Overview:
● The Center Manager oversees daily clinic operations and serves as the on-site leader for
both administrative and clinical functions. This role provides clinical leadership to the
ABA team, ensuring high-quality treatment delivery, staff support, training, scheduling,
and collaboration with HR, administration, and the Director of Clinical Services. In
addition, the Center Manager maintains an active BCBA caseload, meeting supervision
and billing requirements.
Reporting Structure:
● Director of Clinical Services, Chief Behavioral Officer, VP of Global Operations
Responsibilities and Duties:
● Management:
○ Manages day-to-day operations on site
○ Collaborates with clinic admin on all pertinent matters
○ Collaborates with HR on staff issues in conjunction with the director of clinical
services
○ Completes interviews and makes hiring recommendations
○ Works on a daily substitution schedule in partnership with BCBAs as needed
○ Manages/leads new hire clinical training
● Clinical Leadership:
○ Responsible for on-site clinical leadership of the ABA team
○ Ensures best practice in the delivery of ABA treatment to all clinic clients
○ Provides ongoing guidance and support to other clinical team leaders (BCBAs
and PSs)
○ Provides ongoing guidance and support to all BTs and RBTs on site
● Clinical (BCBA duties)
○ BCBA for assigned cases, which includes assessments, direct supervision, family
guidance sessions, and re-assessments
○ Ensures monthly billable hours goal is met
○ Collaborates with other service providers (e.g., Speech Pathologists, Occupational
Therapists, etc)
Qualifications & Skills:
● Active Board Certified Behavior Analysis (BCBA) certification
● Previous experience providing ABA therapy in a clinic setting
● Strong flexibility, adaptability, and time management skills
● Ability to follow clinical direction and work collaboratively with a team
● Travel and Transportation: Ability to travel to multiple work sites and client homes, with
reliable private transportation required.
● Safety and Health: Must pass health screenings, including TB testing, and obtain required
vaccination (if requested)
● Background Check: Must clear criminal record checks and Child Abuse Registry check
Physical Requirements
● Ability to sit, stand, bend, and move throughout the clinic
● Must be comfortable spending significant time on their feet.
● Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds if required
● Ability to engage in active play and therapy activities with clients
Work Environment:
● Primary location is clinic-based, but may include sessions in homes/daycares/schools as
needed
● Consistent availability during clinic operating hours (e.g., Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm) is
required
